As a Las Vegas real estate investor and developer, this stuff is my life.  I encounter WAY too many things in my day to day activities to let all of that experience and knowledge go to my grave. So I started this site to share with the public everything I know about the Las Vegas real estate market and other markets in the Southwestern United States.

I am a real estate broker/salesman and specialize in helping clients find, acquire and eventually dispose of investment real estate property. I mainly work in raw land and entitled land, but have a ton of experience in income producing assets, rental houses, multi-family projects, and commercial/retail projects. I am not sure how many deals I have been a part of since being here, but it is a ton.

What separates me from many of the other brokers out there, is that I will NOT tell you whatever it takes to get the parties to do a deal.  If it does not make sense, the commission be damned!  I will not put any of my investors in a deal I think doesn’t make sense, just to collect a commission.  Way too many brokers are out there for the paycheck and I frankly have no idea how they reconcile putting folks into deals they would not put their own money.  So, please, when selecting someone to help you invest in this market, consider the source and the motivation of the “experts” who are telling you about the Las Vegas real estate market.
